We offer a wide range of fabrication services using a large variety of construction materials. From stainless steel vessels to carbon steel platforms to pipe work manufactured from HDPE, Stainless Steel or high performance materials such as Hastalloy, we have the expertise to meet your manufacturing requirements.

With over 7000m2 of production space between our four regional production sites provides both flexibility and capacity, ensuring we can satisfy most customer applications.

Pipe Work Fabrication

We design, construct and commission all types of pipe work for process industries. With
our extensive technical design and practical knowledge of pipe work systems, we aim to offer a package that is both cost effective and professionally engineered.

Our welding capability uses a variety of methods including MMA, MIG, TIG and we use the
latest orbital welding technology. All of our welders are coded to either ASME1X or
BS EN 287 Part 1 with all pipe work appropriately pressure tested and cleaned
or passivated.

We are used to working with all types of stainless steel, carbon steel, Inconel and
Hastalloy as well as a variety of other materials including HDPE and plastics for
complete flexibility.

Our experienced team can carry out site surveys to evaluate routing, recommend materials
to suit the application, and provide isometric drawings and appropriate documentation to
support regulatory requirements.

Fabrications

We offer a full range of steelwork fabrication including structural and architectural, manufactured from stainless, carbon steel or aluminium.

From a sketch or your brief, using our CAD software we can draw up your plans for approval. Our range of in house production equipment and our skilled workforce will then combine to manufacture to your precise requirements.

Our manufacturing capability covers basic guards , chutes and conveyors, to precision construction of stainless steel vessels unjacketed or jacketed, atmospheric or pressurised.
